1QR4.me connects supported physical products and vehicle workflows to a guided digital process. The steps differ slightly by product, but the principle is simple: register the service, keep contact details current, and follow the reporting instructions when an event occurs.

1. Register your product or vehicle

Follow the instructions shown with your tag or in your account. Depending on the product, you may need to scan a QR code, enter an activation PIN or register a vehicle using its registration number.

2. Add your emergency contacts

Enter the required contact details and complete the applicable consent or verification steps. Only add people who understand the role and agree to be contacted.

3. A reporter starts the supported flow

A person who finds a tagged item or reports an incident follows the instructions on the product or the relevant vehicle reporting route. The reporter may need to verify their mobile number by OTP.

4. The call bridge connects the parties

After the required checks, the service can initiate calls to the configured emergency contacts. In supported simultaneous-call flows, the first contact to answer is connected to the reporter.

5. Follow-up continues where available

Some configurations provide a private follow-up channel for details such as location or photos. Availability depends on the product, WhatsApp access and the configured service.

Before you rely on the service

Keep contact details up to date, make sure emergency contacts have completed any required consent, and read the product-specific instructions. The service depends on working telecommunications, successful verification, the availability of contacts and the capabilities enabled for your product.
